"[Spark] definitely has something going here: the quick take, unexpected turn-arounds, lots of playfulness... delightful in many instances." —Billy Collins, former US Poet Laureate
Haiku Wisdom
101 Daily Morsels for the Spirit
No wisdom matters
except the wisdom that you
practice every day.
Not everyone needs
to like you. In fact, it will
save time if some don't.
How huge is my self.
How it confounds the purists.
How divinely wrong.
God is not something
you must look for in the world.
God's the eyes that look.
Rumi could say it
and you'd think it was gospel. An inner voice? Dumb.
The minute people
start "loving" you, they think you
should do what they want.
If all the prophets
of a religion are dead,
so's the religion.
The best flowers grow
amid the ruined temples
of what you've believed.
